UFC Undisputed Looks Promising

This weekend, I played about 20 matches in the UFC Undisputed demo (available on PSN and Xbox Live).  Based on playing the demo, May 19th can't come soon enough.

The graphics are really great and the animations are pretty good.  Punching and kicking moves look life-like but the animations can get a little rigid when both fighters are on the ground.  Otherwise, the presentation is exactly like watching UFC on TV, from the annoucers Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg, to the round-number-sign carrying babes.
